How should I make payment?
Payment should be made through the AOneSchool Apps. Select your child's name and the system will generate an invoice.
Can I pay with cash?
No. Since 2021 we have been paperless and cashless. We accept online payment only.
Can I pay with credit card or e-wallet?
No. Currently we only support FPX online banking.
Can I pay later than the 1st of the month?
No, payment must be made before the 1st. Invoices will be generated on the 20th.
Can I attend in advance and pay later?
No. Fees must be collected before training commences.
Can I pay 2 months in advance?
Yes, you may. Please contact our Admin for assistance.
Do I have to pay if I cannot attend?
Yes. Payment is based on a minimum of 4 sessions per month. However, you may opt for replacement classes.
Can I stop training for special occasions?
Yes, you may apply for leave and attend replacement classes instead.
Can I change training outlets?
Yes, you can switch by applying for a Replacement Class.
Can I take part in tournaments?
Yes. Assessment modules and friendly matches are available.
Why should I join extra curriculum activities?
To develop into a well-rounded sports person with diverse skills and experiences.
Can I take group training and personal training together?
Yes, you can take both based on availability.
Can I get a replacement session if I miss one?
Yes. You can apply for a replacement session through the apps, subject to availability.
When can I get promoted?
Assessment periods are in May/June and November/December each year.
Do you provide racket and equipment?
No, players must bring their own racket and gear. However, special rates are available for academy members.
Do I need to inform in case of emergency?
Yes, please inform us at least 30 minutes prior via the apps.
Can I try one session first?
Yes! A trial session is available — RM50 for Basic level and RM75 for Intermediate level.
Are there special rates for referrals?
Absolutely! You will receive 2 FREE training sessions for every successful referral.
What do I get after paying registration fees?
You will receive the WIRA Pack: 2 jerseys, a towel, handbook, assessment booklet, and Player Pass.
What is the purpose of the Player Pass?
It serves as your identity card, contains medical history, and grants you special privileges.
Are there special rates for merchandise?
Yes! Enjoy 20% discount at MBC Pro Shop and RM12/hr court booking before 6pm.
